  • Participation in this pilot will allow the City of La Quinta to see, store and use the real time and historical occupancy data of your home as detected by the Party Squasher sensor in such manner as the City of La Quinta my determine in its discretion.
  • This must be the same email address that you used to create your Party Squasher account.
  • Optional, and to be used only if we have a problem with your registration
  • By submitting this form, you confirm that you are the person who installed a Party Squasher sensor in a detached home (not an apartment or townhouse) for use in the La Quinta Short-Term Vacation Rental Pilot. Terms & Conditions
